1. Scope of License & Apple App Store Acknowledgement
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, SecureAI Guard Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use Tallyslate for personal, non-commercial entertainment on any Apple-branded device (iPhone, iPad) or Android device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service.
Apple Acknowledgement: You and SecureAI Guard Limited acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and SecureAI Guard Limited only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). SecureAI Guard Limited, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof. Where applicable, this Agreement incorporates the minimum terms of Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions & Introductory Free Trials (Apple Guideline 3.1.2)
Tallyslate is free to download and play with zero forced mid-game advertisements. You may optionally subscribe to the Tallyslate VIP Arena Pass via Apple StoreKit 2 or Google Play Billing:
- VIP Weekly Pass (

Mandatory Auto-Renewal & Cancellation Disclosures
- Payment Confirmation: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase, or at the conclusion of the 3-day free trial period if not canceled beforehand.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period (or 24 hours before the end of the 3-day free trial).
- Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the applicable Weekly ($1.99) or Monthly ($4.99) rate.
- Managing & Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase by going to your device's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iOS/iPadOS (or Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions on Android).
- Forfeiture of Unused Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
3. Virtual Goods & Consumable In-App Purchases
Tallyslate offers optional consumable virtual items, including Arena Coins (1,500 Coins, 5,000 Coins, 15,000 Coins) and the Streak Saver Bundle ($0.99). Virtual currencies and boosters have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or fiat currency, and are licensed to you solely for use within Tallyslate.
All purchases are processed by Apple (StoreKit 2) or Google Play. Except as required by applicable statutory consumer law, all virtual item purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests on iOS must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Fair Play, Deterministic Anti-Cheat & Conduct
Competitive leaderboards, Daily Seed Challenges (TS-XXXXXX), and Championship Tourneys rely on our deterministic move-by-move verification engine (ReplayVerifier). You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the game binary, memory state, or network payloads.
- Submit falsified, automated, or non-deterministic move logs to tournament leaderboards.
- Use offensive, infringing, or unlawful text in your optional Player Alias.
Submissions that fail deterministic ReplayVerifier validation are automatically rejected from ranked leaderboards without affecting your offline single-player access.
5. Maintenance, Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Maintenance & Support: SecureAI Guard Limited is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for Tallyslate. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
Warranty: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tallyslate is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. In the event of any failure of the iOS Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Licensed Application to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application.
Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
6. Governing Law & Contact Information
