1. Contact Player Support Directly

Email us anytime at brand@tallyslate.com. To help us resolve your issue rapidly, please include your optional in-game Player Alias (shown in Settings → Commander Profile) and device model (e.g., iPhone Duo Foldable, iPhone 18 Pro, iPad Pro 13" M5, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold, or Pixel).

2. Supported Devices & Multi-Posture Hardware Compatibility

3. How to Restore Purchases or Manage VIP Subscriptions

  • Restore VIP Pass on iOS or Android: Open Tallyslate → tap Store / VIP Shop in the bottom bar → tap "Restore Purchases". StoreKit 2 (on iOS) or Google Play Billing (on Android) will immediately verify your entitlements.
  • Manage or Cancel a Subscription on iOS: Open your device's Settings app → tap your Apple ID Name at the top → tap Subscriptions → select Tallyslate.
  • Manage or Cancel a Subscription on Android: Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Tallyslate.

4. How to Reset or Delete Your Account & Data

You can erase all local and cloud leaderboard data instantaneously inside the app: open Settings (Gear Icon) → scroll to Account & Data Erasure → tap "Delete My Account & Data" and confirm. You may also request deletion via email at brand@tallyslate.com.
